On top of the fluffy grilled okonomiyaki batter, filled with shredded cabbage, carrots, and white radish sprouts, tomato sauce tops it off with sweet and sour taste, giving it a salad-like sensation when eaten. We change the location in Japan where we buy the tomatoes depending on the season, to maintain the correct sugar content in the tamatoes. We use "Ran-ou" eggs, which have high nutritional value in the yolk, for the okonomiyaki. To top off the okonomiyaki, we spread cheese and a sauce that contains carefully chosen sweet Japanese tomatoes and pork from Spain (Pork origin may change depending on season).
