Delicacy No. 2 Sot-l'y-laisse and thigh (salt)
The round piece of meat from the depression in the bone by the thigh joint. The unique French name means "the fool leaves it" when directly translated. As it is hard to find and difficult to get off the bone, it is often overlooked, and so got this name. Soft and juicy. The more you chewer the better it tastes.
